I think I have a problem. It is that I find it difficult to say no when other people ask me something and I don’t have time enough or I have a lot of activities to do. My father has had a huge influence in me more than my mother and he has the same problem that I have.
When I am working or doing something and a friend or colleague ask me something, my first answer is “yes”, after that I realize of all things that I have to do and ask me myself “Why did I say yes?” Consequently, I have less time for me.
I have been trying to overcome this problem by thinking about my needs before accepting other requests. Consequently, I’m going to try to maintain my free time to do what I like instead of doing tasks of other people.

Actually, Sinuhé, I think that, if you ask around, EVERYBODY has that same problem. I think it's part of being Mexican. WE JUST CAN'T SAY NO. I don't know why. Maybe we think people will feel offended or rejected by a honest NO. And then there come the problems.
