This time you are going to read something about a book I recently read. I recommend it to all the people who like the history and the novels.
The name of the book is Aztec and was wrote by Gary Jennings, he has wrote some novels about Aztecs but this one is the most famous (historic Best Seller). The book is quite extensive but it grips you since you open the book for the first time.
The book is about an Aztec citizen that tells his complete life experience. He describes how was his life since he was a child till the moment that the Conquerors arrived to The New World and took Tenochtitlan. He lost his sight very early, but that illness didn’t stop him to have a life full of achievements but also all the suffering that came with it.
The book envolves you in an amazing a interesting histoty full of details that meke you feel that you´re really in the place desribed, seeing what the characters are doing.
I strongly recommend this book. And for me is one of the best books that I have read.
A detail that I almost fotget: the book have some pages that are not recommended for children, because are full of sex and violence themes.

Moreover Jeff awakes, he was tied up in a chair by Harley. Harley says him that she knows that he is a pedophile. In addition to Harley cut him his genital, Harley knows that Jeff loves Janette his ex girlfriend, Harley write her and e mail from Jeff’s computer and says that he want to suicide. Jeff has only two option suicides or that Janette will know that he is a pedophile.

If you are a boy, surely you will hate her.

Can we live with the stress?

All of we have to treat with the stress but really many or the majority don’t have the patience and it could be a hard problem. The stress causes a lot of diseases during the week I read an article about it and I want to share with yours.
In one experiment some doctors take 3 rats and the doctors give theirs a electric shock but in every case were the results different because change a little things. The firs rat they took and a long time after they give him electric shocks ill, with the second rat the do the same but the change was that put a small trunk inside the cage and after the rat received the electric shock it run to the trunk and began to champ and scrape it and for this reason the rat was more relax it know how dissipate the energy and feel better, with the last rat they put a red light and before they give him a electric shock they turn the light on, and the rat could anticipate the negative reaction and feel less stress than the first.
We have in our hands how grab the stress how dissipate it with a activity that can distract us or maybe predict and feel less stress instance if we don’t accept it or ignore, think it...

A wonderful experience

Hello everybody, you know I want to talk about a place where you can have a great time.If you enjoy extreme sport, there is a place called Xoxafi in Pachuca Hidalgo where you can try the tirolesa or the gotcha or maybe you can get into the cave. When you get there you find some guides that explain you the kind of activities that they have.If you get into the cave you will find a lot of stalactites and stalagmites whit different shapes.. You can get down by rapel or just passing through another place by tirolesa. Besides you have to walk through narrow spaces and slipery paths. The best thing is when the guide makes you turn off your light and when you are in a complete darkness, he tells you a horror story that make you shout and shake.I strongly recommend you to go there if you want to have fun.

MY SCHOOL

Hello folks

Today I`m going to talk about my school. First of all I study at the C.E.C.yT. #8 this school is located close by ESIME in “avenida las granjas”. This school belongs to I.P.N. and some of the careers are computer technician, technicians in plastic and Industrial Maintenance Technician, and as I see it, I think that the most important is the last one because in computer technician, everyone knows how to use a computer, or at least the basics, and technicians in plastic, is a little bit boring so this is why I rather Industrial Maintenance Technician than the rest because, nowadays there are a lot of technology and some persons said that in the year 2020 there`ll be a demand of engineers so that means more jobs for persons like us.

Another thing that I really like about it, is my friends, they are so cool and funny.

That’s all about my school so see you next Saturday.

FRIDA KAHLO

Who doesn't know her?

I remember the first time I saw some Frida's paintings, I didn't like them because she seemed to have been a narcissistic person due to several of her work, they are self-portraits. It wasn't until I watched a documentary of her life that I became interested in knowing something else about her.

Frida's lifetime was brief and quite painful. As she was a teenager she had a tragic bus accident, she had serious injuries in her body because of this she never had children. At the time she spent over a year in bed in order to recover from the accident. Meanwhile she started to paint. After a time she met Diego Rivera and they got married. She fell in love with him deeply.

The thruth is that she was a brilliant woman who knew how to deal with her both pains: physical and emotional as she said: "SUFRI DOS GRANDES ACCIDENTES EN MI VIDA... UNO EN EL CUAL UN TRANVIA ME ARROLLO Y EL NDO FUE DIEGO".

(I dared write this in Spanish so that readers can feel the amazing Frida's way of writing).

Sometimes it was asked Frida why she painted to herself which she answered: "PORQUE ESTOY SOLA TAN A MENUDO, PORQUE SOY LA PERSONA QUE CONOZCO MEJOR".

Another bad fact in Frida's life was when she had her leg cut and every time she was worst but it wasn't a reason to be feel down, so she write this: "PIES PARA QUE LOS QUIERO, SI TENGO ALAS PA' VOLAR".

Actually, Frida Kahlo wasn't recognized as a famous painter when she alive; a few months before her death there was a Frida's paintings exhibition at Palacio de Bellas Artes, the same place where two years ago was celebrated 100 years of her birth. The most well-known paintings were on showed there as: The Two Fridas, Henry Ford Hospital, A few small nips, etc. Also many notes and letters written by Frida for Diego Rivera.

I'm sure the people who had the opportunity to go. They were shoked like I was. Believe me, it was really unforgettable!!

"ESPERO ALEGRE LA SALIDA Y ESPERO NO VOLVER JAMAS"

Just remembering...

Do you remember those old series we used to see when kids? series like "Boy meets world", "Home Improvement", "Dinosaurs", "Saved by the Bell", "The Fresh prince of Bel-Air" and so on (If you are between 16 and 25 years old you've got to remember them), they were really worth seeing, I remember I loved seeing the old Wilson over the fence of Tim Taylor (well, half of his face actually), or Cory, Shawn and Topanga and their life problems (boy meets world had a lot of morals and above all things they remarked the friendship worth), and of course the sinclair family, I just loved the Baby Sinclair and his Not the mama!, he is the coolest guy ever seriously, I remember he even had the name "Aaah Aagh I'm Dying You Idiot" for about a day (that's a great name if you ask me), ...I always wondered what would feel like being stucked in one of those giant puppets for an entire day...
Well, I'm gettin' kind of nostalgic here so I better stop now, it was good to remember the old days though. I hope everyone is doing well so see you next sat.

QUALITY CONGRESS

Today, i went to an international quality congress which was in the Hotel Sheraton. This kind of events are directed to companies owners, but i was very lucky and got an economic help from Secretaría de Economía.

The public had the great experience to listen and meet some conferencists with a very long experience in business world, and from some diferent countries like: Japan and Holland. Each one tried to show and share with the audience, the importance of being competitive in this world, and how we can reach it.

For me, the most interesting lesson that all business person have to follow, is to enter in the internet since we can reach million of peoples and know everything about them throw this media. Also, the future is designed by the costumers, not companies like some days ago was...now the costumer define the products that are necesary for him/her.

Finally, i have to say that the coffee break was excellent.
