sOmEtHiNg AbOuT mE

I am a person who thinks too much. Too much for my own good. Something simple can become complicated in me. Not sure why I am like that. It is just part of me.

Been thinking alot on my past, present and future. The past has made me what I am today. The choices I have made brought me to where I want to go and where I wish I rather not be in.

I kind of feel really lost. Lost in what I do. Lost in the people that I am surrounded with. Reality is presenting itself in a manner that I do not want to face.

I am tired. Very tired.

I need to recharge.

As you know, as we age we tend to forget things we used to know more and more. Insurance need not remember the name of, say, your third master, but be nice to know where you left your car keys. If you feel that your memory is running away from you, here are some tips that will help you remember.
Prevention is the best cure. If you are starting to forget things, you can take simple steps to help improve your brain. Not only can this help you remember things, but you continue to avoid losing information.

* Give your brain exercise. Your brain is like your body to work properly, you need to exercise regularly. Take some time each day to make a crossword puzzle, play a bit of sudoku, or learn a new skill. It only takes a few minutes, but make a world of difference.

* Stay fit. Your brain is an organ like any other. If you stay in shape, this enhances the function of your brain. No need to do tons of exercise, a daily walk is sufficient.

* Reduce your stress. Stress causes the body to produce more cortisol, which has been proven to impair your ability to remember. Relax by taking baths or try yoga. You should also fully relax, sleep deprivation increases cortisol levels.

* Thrill. Hide or deny your emotions requires constant mental energy. If you express what you are feeling, you have more brain power available to dedicate to the memory.

* Believe in yourself. If you doubt the fact that you will remember something, you're more likely to forget. Instead of immediately thinking that you are forgetting something, feel confident that you will remember.
These activities can help improve the total memory capacity, but what about the things you need to remember at this time? Here are some techniques you can use to remember specific things.

* Pay attention. Most memory problems are not paying attention first. Conducts a conscientious effort to keep the information in your head. Instead of just leaving the keys, say out loud "leave my keys in the kitchen while doing so.
* Compose a song. Almost 15 years ago, my teacher made us memorize all the presidents of the United States singing their names to the tune of "there were ten little Indians." To this day, I can still say the name of each. Try putting the things you need to remember, as a phone number with any tone you already know. Will discover that much easier to remember things.

* Plug not know what things you do. For example, use your body to remember lists. Associates the first thing your feet (I'm kicking my way through detergent), then the next thing with your knee (the cantaloupe has the shape of my knee) and do so with the rest of your body.

Another method like this is using the first letter of the things you need to remember to make a word or sentence. For example: My Fast Pitch Methodical Naming Just Use it serves to help us remember Planets Mercury Venus Earth Mars Jupiter Saturn Uranus Neptune Pluto,

* Write a story. Find a way to connect the things you need to remember in your head. You can start with a funny story or just make a mental image involving you need to remember, the more creative you are better remember.

Edgar Jimenez Lugo is allegedly guilty of 300 violent deaths

Edgar Jimenez, 14 years old, accused of beheading opponents of the Beltran Leyva cartel in Morelos, was arrested by soldiers of the 24 military zone last night in the state airport "Mariano Matamoros, 17 miles south capital of Morelos, along with two of her sisters.

Your airline ticket marked the seat 20 E toward Tijuana and then come to San Diego, United States, where it originated, and his mother resides. Before being delivered by the soldiers to the Federal Public Ministry, "The PONCHISE" admitted to the press to have slain at least four subjects that later appeared dismembered and hung on a road bridge on Highway Cuernavaca-Mexico, about two months ago.

What do you think about urban tribes?

What do you think about their particular forms of identity and expression?

There are youth groups that are identified by clothing and verbal codes, and ethical gesture....

There is a research by a profes

sor at the School of Psychology, UNC analyzes the practices of these groups in Cordoba and it states that the emergence of subcultures in major cities has been noted by various sociologists as a residual effect of globalization.

The idea of the global village, a single culture in which the differences vanish, find an answer in the emergence of micro-or "tribes" that alter the urban landscape.

It seems that the cultural variety is bent to survive and end up feasting on new forms of metropolitan culture.

"Faced with social policy, youth try to form their own groups to find a sense of belonging or social space," said Griselda Cardozo psychologist who conducted a res

earch on these groups in the Córdoba city analyzing features such as dress, language, cultural products and activities focus.

Those characteristics that allow them as "punks", "hippies", "techno", "metals" or "unders", while, give them some identity that makes it different from other youth organizations and these subcultures are "real emotional communities" in which search to feel emotionally contained and escape of the loneliness.

be or not a psychopath ...??
ok lets see what about that
The prototypical psychopath has deficits or deviances in several areas: interpersonal relationships, emotion, and self-control. Psychopaths gain satisfaction through antisocial behavior, and do not experience shame, guilt, or remorse for their actions.Psychopaths lack a sense of guilt or remorse for any harm they may have caused others, instead rationalizing the behavior, blaming someone else, or denying it outright.Psychopaths also lack empathy towards others in general, resulting in tactlessness, insensitivity, and contemptuousness. All of this belies their tendency to make a good, likable first impression. Psychopaths have a superficial charm about them, enabled by a willingness to say anything without concern for accuracy or truth. Shallow affect also describes the psychopath's tendency for genuine emotion to be short lived and egocentric with an overall cold demeanor. Their behavior is impulsive and irresponsible, often failing to keep a job or defaulting on debts.Psychopaths also have a markedly distorted sense of the potential consequences of their actions, not only for others, but also for themselves. They do not deeply recognize the risk of being caught, disbelieved or injured as a result of their behaviour.

so why not? we always have a little bit inside us why not change the way to see our lives?why we always have to feel everything ? is ur choise ...

aligned pyramids

In "Texts of the pyramids" the "winding water via" was seen as celestial counterpart of the Nile.
The sinuosity of the River Nile perfectly describes the movements of the milky way with respect to the Earth. Moreover, Southwest alignment relative to the axis of the milky way stars three block with three pyramids Southwest alignment relative to the axis of the Nile. It is also striking that the distance from the axis of the milky way stars block - like scale-with the distance of the pyramids with respect to the axis of the Nile.
Robert Bauval these are solid elements that indicate a direct relationship between the belt of Orion and the pyramids of Giza.
The position of these stars with the channels of the great pyramid pointing directly to 10,500 BC, the same estimated date for age to the Sphinx, the "Lion Era".
Relationship exists, there is no denying that there is a correlation between the image of the sky and the image of the Earth in Giza to 10,500 BC, the date given on the software specially designed for the movement of stars called SkyGlobe era.
Various factors relate on that date to commemorate "the primordial time".
2,500 BC channel South of the House of the King pointed to Zeta Orionis, the lowest star in Orion's belt.
Using the aforementioned software found the low point was reached towards the 10,500 BC when the belt of Orion was about 10 degrees from the horizon.
2,500 BC the angle of the three stars of Orion's belt were of 73 degrees with Meridian, however three pyramids angle of 45 degrees.
10,500 B.c. the angle of the stars of Orion were very close to 45 degrees.
The relationship was repeated.
Also in Sphinx checked relationship astronomical alignment. Between their legs, there is an inscription which reads "place of the old time".
Sphinx looks to the East, place where the sun rises each morning.
Zeta Orionis the belt of Orion star crossed the Meridian in 10,500 BC, which means that the vernal point (place the Sun in the sky at the equinoxes) was on the horizon just in the East, in perfect alignment with the Sphinx.
Likewise, the zodiacal constellation Leo was located to the East.
Without doubt, the Sphinx was pointing toward the belt of Orion in 10,500 b.c. when he was at its lowest point in the South Meridian in the era of the lion heart.
For the author and Egyptologist Robert Bauval all these data cannot be attributed to the "chance". There are too many factors which relate each other. Tells us in "The Chamber of secrets": "Is there and I am still convinced that the ancients who designed Giza attempted to set a date to commemorate the 'old time' or the 'age of Osiris' and that this date was around 10,500 BC".

BENEFITS OF EXERCISING

Most people around the World don’t like to do exercise because of the free time is not enough, consequently, people are dying as a result of bad life style such as having a sedentary life. This problem is more common in big cities in where people are very busy all time, working, studying or even doing more than one thing at the same time, so, the time for help our body doesn’t exist.
Many doctors recommend us to do some exercise to prevent serious illness as diabetes, hypertension, etc.
Benefits of exercising are huge, we should do this at least three times at week, exercising help us in many ways for example: we get a better physical condition, we eliminate calories and we low the levels of cholesterol, in the cardiovascular system our blood gets a better movement, our brain gets a good oxygenation, our body losts weigh, also exercising help to activate your reflects, by consequence you are in good mood most of the time.
We should be conscious about it, and we should start doing something, I think time is not never sufficient for to do all we want, but we can find a moment for each one, and don’t forget that our body needs to be stimulated and helped, the variety is huge we can running, swimming, or just walking, the most important is not to quit the routine, and adopt the exercise as an habit.

Love without love... real love????

Hi you guys!!!

Well I think I don't want to write anything about music or movies today. I think I want to talk a little, just a little bit about something that probably has happened to all of us. I don't know why, but I've been thinking a lot of this, maybe because of the book I'm reading, or because of the times we're beginning to live, which are supposed to be of harmony and love... Maybe because something like that is happening to me right now.

The thing is that all of this begins with a question: Have you ever felt being as caught by someone (even though you're not really envolved with that person) than it doesn't matters if she/he feels the same as you? I'm talking about that weird feeling you can be able to feel at the first sight, or when you are used to see someone you like, but this person has a boyfriend and despite that, you can feel happy for her, and also happy for just living those kind of emotions.

I was wondering and it is so funny how these things happens and totally cracks us up!!! With no reasons!!! Besides, it could appears very ridiculous to everybody 'cause, for instance, how can make you happy to see the girl you like, with another guy??

Well, some of you surely has been there, and yes, it seems ridiculous but it happens... and maybe that's closer to LOVE than some existent relationships, I don't know

...Now a video, just to complete the text and because suddenly I wanted to dance

Riverdance¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

Riverdance is a theatrical show consisting in traditional irish stepdancing, notable for its rapid leg movements while body and arms are kept largely stationary. it originated as an interval performance during the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, a moment that is still considered a significant watershed in irish culture.

Riverdance has its roots in a three-part suite of baroque-influenced traditional music called "Timedance" composed, recorded and performed for the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest, wich was hosted by Ireland. At the time member of irish folk band Panxty, Bill Whelan and Donald Lunny composed the music, augmenting the band with a rock rhythm section of electric bass abd drums and four-piece horn section. The piece was performed, with accompanying ballet dancers, during the interval of the contest, and later released as a Planxty single.

Riverdance was first performed during seven minute interval of the Eurovision Song Contest at the point theatre, Dublin on April 30, 1994. It received a standing ovation. At Congratulation : 50 years of the Eurovision Song Contest it was voted the most popular interval act in the history of the contest. Now here´s a video from the show in New York City in 1996.

Anime

Anime is commonly defined as animation originatin in Japan, the word anime coms from the pronunciation of the word animation in japanese (animeshon).

Anime began at the start of the 20th century, when japanese filmmakers experimented with the animation techniques also pioneered in France, Germany, the United States and russia. The oldest known anime in existence first screened in 1917 it was a two minute clip of a samurai trying a new sword on his target, only to suffer defeat.

the succes of The Walt Disney company´s 1937feature film Snow white and the seven dwarfs influenced japanese animators.

Many commentators refer to anime as an art form. The style can vary from artist to artist or from studio to studio. Some titles make extensive use of common styilization, other titles use different methods: Only Yesterday or Jin-Roh take much more realistic approaches, featuring few stylistic exaggeration; Pokémon use drawings with specifically do not distinguish the nationality of the characters.

Anime has become commercially profitable in western countries, as early commercially succesful western adaptations of anime, such as Astro Boy, have revealed. The phenomenal success of Nintendo´s multi-billion dollar Pokémon franchise was helped greatly by the spin-off anime series that, first broadcast in the late 1990 is still running worldwide to this day. Worldwide, the number of people studying Japanese increase.

Nowadays there´s a lot of popular anime series for example Pokémon, Dragon Ball Z, Bleach, One piece, Fairy tail, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, etc. The anime use other languges as Spanish, French, English, Italian, etc for emphazyse or to make much more impresive the animation. Now i left a video to ilustrate this.

Philadelphia Experiment

hi guys!!!

This time I wanna talk about teletransportation.
Can you imagine how would be our lifes? Easier!, I mean, we wouldn't have to spend much time in the subway or even in our cars annoyed by trafic. We wouldn't have to wait sitted by hours and hours to travel from a city to another.
In only a few seconds we could be in every place we want.
But, teletransportation is posible?only Goku can do it? XD
I want to tell you this. About three weeks ago, five classmates of my school exposed an interesting item : "The Philadelphia Experiment".
The first thing I thought was "what the hell is that?!!!" I didn't expect it but it is all about teletransportation.
This experiment was realized in 1943 on October 28th, in the state of Philadelphia, Pensilvania by U.S.A's navy.
Through a special application of the theory, they thought possible, using specialized equipment and sufficient energy to bend light around an object, rendering it essentially invisible. The Navy would have considered this really useful in case of war, as the United States were participating in the Second World War at the time, and decided to approve and fund the experiment. A destroyer escort, USS Eldridge (DE-173), was fitted with the required generator at the shipyard in Philadelphia.
A test on 22 July 1943, returned to the USS Eldridge (DE-173) almost completely invisible, with some passengers reporting a "greenish fog." However, some crew members later complained of nausea.October 28, Eldridge not only became totally invisible, but actually vanished from the area in a blue flash. At the same time, the U.S. naval base in Norfolk, Virginia, 600 miles away, a crew member on its shores Eldridge said he had seen for several minutes, after which disappeared, only to reappear in Philadelphia, coordinatesoriginal. supposed to be a case of accidental teleportation.
According to the story of Carl Allen, the physiological effects on the crew were profound. Almost all fell seriously ill. Some suffer mental deterioration after the experience. I n some cases are described schizophrenic behavior. Some other members disappeared, "vanished" and supposedly five elements were fused with the metal of the ship and many others suffered dematerializations of parts of their bodies...

This scared me a lot, now I won't sleep =(
