Stress and its effects

Sometime ago I read this article about stress ---> (ARTICLE) and I thought everyone should read it, specially the people that get stressed really fast and easy, I hope that this make you think about the consequences and the impact for you when you are stressed. I know sometimes it can be hard to remain calm and keep cool but it's also important to do it. Personally I don´t get stressed by almost anything but I've met some people that get stressed easily and they get sick more often than me, that's one of consequences of a stressful life.

So now that you are aware about how dangerous being a stressed subject can be, start doing something to change like a sport, music, art or any activity that help you relax, and if you are like me just keep that way

Extreme sports

There is a lot of things to say about the extreme sports, some people claim that is a meaningless risk without any sense or benefit, another say that is one activity that make you stronger, both physically and psychologically and a experience that not everyone knows, if you belong to the second group of people Good for you!!!. If you are from the first group, perhaps you should give it a try to any extreme sport you like, maybe you'll change your mind about the sense of taking this kind of risks and if you don´t at least you'll be a good judge about this.

The reason for saying this is that i was thinking about all the people that criticizes the one's that practice extreme sports, some of them even call us stupids because we take unnecessary risks but most of them speak without the experience of havig tried, so I agree if you don't like our way of taking risks but as i was saying before at least try it first so you can be hundreed percent sure you don't like it and you don't find it stimulating.

The legendary Super Saiyanjin

Do you remember the anime "Dragon Ball"? That was one of my favorite cartoons when I was a kid. The protagonist of the series is Goku, who was a martial arts warrior and always fought to protect those he wanted.

In a saga, Goku fight with a "space pirate" named Freezer. Freezer wanted to kill all the Saiyanjines because he feared the legend of the legendary Super Saiyanjin, but who was the first Super Saiyanjin?

Remember when Freezer destroyed the Vegito Planet? He threw a huge sphere of power to destroy the planet and all the Saiyanjins. The person who was between the sphere of power and the planet was the father of Goku, Bardock.

It was many power in the sphere, so when Bardock touched it, he was teleported to the same planet but in the past, 1000 years ago.

Bardock confronted with the ancestor of Freezer and, for win, he transformed in the legendary Super Saiyanjin.  Here is beginning of the legend

yesterday i bought a movie close to my home , i did not know what one to choose , but i knew it has to be an horror film , so i bought one called " the antichrist exorcism " i thought i would liked but the true is that it was not so good enough , it was about a girl who was desperate for having a normal live , her parents teach her in her house, she could not go to a normal school and she was never able to go out because she had to take care her youngest brother , she had an uncle who was a priest but he had problems with the church because an exorcism that went wrong , the stupid girl asked to his uncle how the other girl got the possession and he uncle told her that the other girl draw a specific pentagram with her own blood and like that called the demon , so one day when she was really peace off , she did the pentagram and she get possession , but the uncle want this , want her to do this so he can prove the existence of the devil . all her family were destroy for this event , some of them die , other were killed or suicide , all of this just for proving that the devil exist. i would not prove his existence never!!

in all my searchings of scary things i found something that i did not remember i used to love , it was on one of my searchings in youtube where i found an old program that used to be on channel 7 or 5 i don`t remember very well, but it called " tales of the crypt" all of this stories were an horror stories , remembering my child y start to watch a lot of this episodes the one that i love , has the name of "the twins" this tale talked about one man who was very avaricious and he always found the way to con people , and he used to said that all that he asked on pairs give him luck, so one day he was on the road driving and a black cat cross his way and he crashed , he start lo looked for a phone or something and he found two same cars, and he thought " it must be my lucky day", so he kept searching for a phone and he found a big house and there he met some beautiful twins and decided to fall them in love and con them by marring , but there was a problem , he wanted all the money and he just can reach 50 percent of the fortune because he could marry just with one of the twins , but he decided to cheat them telling that he has a twin so he could marry both , and we did, but it was an awful mistake because they realized about the con and killed him with an electric saw.

the last time i wrote here i talk about a anecdote of a friend refer to a witch , i have always love this subject i know why , every time i want to see a movie it has to be an horror film , i love it.

the other day i was with my boyfriend searching on the net things that could scare us, but there was just a few, instead of that we start to listened a radio show that does not exist anymore " the hairy hand" there we found the best anecdotes that put us goosebumps, in one of the shows one guy called and he sounded very scared he started to tell that he was very scared and that he needed help , Juan Ramon Saenz who was the radio host asked to him what he has done to be scared? so the boy start to telling that that day he was with his friends and decide to play to the ouija, and started doing questions about the life after dead, nothing happened there, but when they friends left his home weird things start to happened , first he listened hits in others rooms, then the furnitures start moving by themselves and finally he start listened voices , very scary voices, all of this was listened on the show while the boy was on air, so the host of the show, called a senior to guide the boy and told him to pray and be calm , that if he was nervous or scare the demon would take more power. in all night this was the scariest thing i found! don`t play ouija or you end like this boy.

Nick and Norah is my favorite movie , because it contains basically the life of a teenager , which makes it even more interesting to me. The plot begins when Nick is emotionally shattered by Tris , his ex-girlfriend , she was cruel , and she cheat on him during the time they where out. Nick has a band with no name , he plays in a nightclub with her friends , then she found tris there , he prented that everything was ok that he just turned the page , but there wasn't like that , after that he met Norah , a cool and pretty girl , he asked her if she wants to be her girlfriend during five minutes, but he didn't know that Norah and tris alredy met each other , because they go to the same school , and actually they didn't like each other , they not stand each other . Nick was like OMG , he couldn't belive it , after that Nick and Norah started a smal talk , and the nottice that they were like soulmates in music , the began ti talk about floffy a group that had a secrets gigs , they began to searh for all clues ... it continues

Here again, thinking of the girl .... Every time I close the toys, clothes, every time I see more children in the street to comment, dizziness, disgusted, can not be every indication that this could be quite real .... It's amazing how life can change its course in less than five minutes, and I say this because in less than five minutes I had the opportunity to give back the life of my day was completely boring and routine, a crazy idea to run your work ... a rose as an accomplice and a cell that fails from time to time were the tools to draw a smile on that face that drives me crazy, but she rushed out of their work just to give three kisses and a look that did not believe that was there ... that was magic. Cambridge TOEFL Simulation Test

Last thursday at 17:00 i was in my school waiting to do this "test" that would make me to accredit some of the english courses, the more score you get the most english courses you approve. This test took about three hours, the test is taken in a computer. You begin with a listening section, there are two type of conversations you must hear, the first one is a short conversation and the other one is a long conversation, i think this was the most annoying part of the test since the questions made in this section are about what the people meant to say. Then there is a section about use of english, you have to complete some sentences or select which word from the senteces must be changed in order to the sentence make sense.
After this there is reading comprenhesion section, in this part they gave you about 80 minutes to read and answer the questions.
Then comes the writing section, the teacher gave us a sheet of paper where we were supposed to write an essay, in this case it was only 100 words and the issue was if childhood was the best part of a person´s life.
And finally when you turn in your essay, the teacher do you a kind of speaking test, they ask you about anything that comes to their minds.
I hope i get a high score.

I´m not much of a big reader, in fact i just started reading again about nine months ago. In this time i haven't read a lot of books, but "The Last Don" is my favorite at this time, i enjoy reading whodunit (i think this is the name of the genre). I really like anything from novels to videogames related to he mafia. I wish i were one of the guys in those stories, they have lots of money, power, cars, beautiful women, and some of they run casinos.
I am willing to finish reading that book, and then buy "omerta" and "The sicilian" written by Mario Puzo.
And i wish you could recommend me some books related to this kind of histories.

the videogames

Everybody have played videogames at least one time in their lives and almost everybody thing that they are amusing.

Some people have a wrong idea about videogames they think that you will be a unbearable guy or something like that but the truth is that the videogames sometimes make you excel in the mathematics and in some real-life circumstances

When I play videogames I feel fervor and they helps you when you are ennui
And also they have a lot of titles from all the people if you are a kid you will play titles for toddlers if you are teenager you will play teenagers games an d if you prefer some ponderious games you also can play it

Book Stores

Donceles Street
Last sunday i went with my friend to donceles street, which is located near bellas artes subway station. We were looking for some books, i didn´t know how many book stores were there, in fact i had never realized about how many books you can find in those libraries. Most of them are used but you can save a lot of money if you buy there. I bought three books, one is about
mechanisms, the other one is a kind of dictionary which includes technical - scientific vocabulary, and the last one is about programming and i paid 10 pesos for each one.
If you´re willing to buy some books, you should take a look in those libraries before visiting book stores like el sotano, or La casa del libro.

Grey's Anatomy

I do wonder why people are so upset with the content, abortion is a womans right, and what about the homophobia - stop it people? It's set in a hospital, what do you think is going on in the real world? get real people!
(Is it my prejudice, or are those critics christians? are we forgetting what Jesus said about loving our neighbor? and don't judge as how you judge you will be judged? and do unto others how you want to be treated?)
Love this show so much, every episode is like coming home to family, I am so attached to them. I didn' t watch from the start, but I got hooked after seeing it the first time, season 2 that was.
I love the drama (its acting - not real life - who needs more drama in real life?), the storylines, the more dramatic the better. Series 8 is absolutely superb.

The football or american football?

First I don't know what is the perfect name is american football or only football. Well I don't talk about of soccer I hate, because I think that 22 players are running behind a ball, for me the soccer is so bored, but the people who like soccer thing the same about american football. I like this sport because is so interesting not only run and catch the ball you have to thing the plays like a chess. In this sport the players are very different because someone is good in the runnings, or to catch the ball, to throw the ball or many more.

I like Pittsburgh team I thing that they have one of the best players, Troy Polamalu he plays of strong safety and I admire.

Desing

well I try to talk something about desing, but only a little because it's a extended subject

one kind of desgind for exaple it's the graphic desing, it's what gives image to something,

for example a brand, or a product or wathever, to makes highlights that, another is the

industrial desing, that it's about the skin of something, for example a chair, but in different way for conventionalism

maybe more artistic.

I think that the desing helps to develop about the aparience of something

and we can find in anywhere.

what i´m i suppossed to do??

if it inspired me imagine what would have done if this invitation would have followed from the beginning? I do not know perhaps the inspiration comes from the overnight and now my friends I am that emanated ideas, even if coarse or meaningless but out of my mind ... I would love to talk or know what you think? You must do what you want or what to do? there are people who sacrifice the emotional for being well economically, and there he sacrifices the economic upside down so emotional ... then that is correct? someone help me or like to share this existential doubt I came ... which is better?

the illusion of having a baby is growing every day and not be inspired tonight but maybe if you actually look forward to see her running through the streets, caress and kiss her to put everything in my power to grow healthy, strong, happy and free of want, not want to project memories of my life, just do not want to commit acts that I saw as mistakes of my parents ... but really were those mistakes? is incredible that you can love someone so without being present without having to touch her or face her, why say it's a woman? so I think the dream of an idealized so is my life and still not here I love you princess!

Music that like me

The music that like me, first the electronic music, but not at all kind of genre electronic music because the electronic music have differents types of genres. My favorite genre is minimal tech this is a mix of minimal and techno. This music genre has aproximate 128 BPM, the BPM is the beats per minute, the speed of music. When one person ask me, what's your favorite music? I said electronic music, the persons thinks that I like Tiesto or Armin and I don't like this genre this is trance, trance it's more different that techno. I don't said that this genre is bad only I don't like.

More people think that this music is bored but for me it isn't. This music relaxes me.

by little is complicated love a woman, suddenly the love, honey, kisses, caresses, hugs ... but never missing the damn hormones, I hope that what I'm writing now is not the sentence of a very bitter future for me as passing through tense moments in which I feel I lose a big part of me being that complements my being. It is very difficult to understand a woman and now when it comes to my mind the phrase, "do not understand ... just love them" but what if they do not and allow it? I hope someone has words of encouragement if not less than understanding or whatever because it feels horrible that passes through my brain.

I wish i work in ....

Hi I'm talk about the job where I would like to work, well I wish to work in a bar for me is a good job because I would like to be a barman because you can have fun, you can meet new people, you can drink, and you can stay in the party all nights. But is better job to manage the bar for me this is the perfect job. I think this is a good possible for me because I am studying turism in poli and my career is something about this.

"Cinnamon Chasers", the new tendencies of under techno.

Well, I would like to talk about one of my favorite dj's, his name is Russ Davies, he is the son of Dave Davies, who was part of the old rock band THE KINKS, he is a british performer of a new genre of techno, this gay has created a new style for techno music, I think he is so very creative, and it is only the fact to listen his music to know that he is a really diferent performer of the electronic tendences, his sounds are a mix of imagination, when you listen to him, you can travel around the universe and see the stars even when you haven't take some drugg , it is so amazing his performance, and very creative, this is reflected on the songs, LUV DELUXE, YOU, and FUTURE DISCO, I really recomend this gay, I think is a prove of the new model of techno tendencies and a very interesting proyect.
