A powerful 6.7 magnitude earthquake Mexico on Saturday, knocking out lights in parts of the capital and sending people rushing into the streets.
"I was dreadfully afraid, I thought it was never going to end," I said to my parents when the quake struck.
Its epicentre was in the state of Guerrero. It said on the tv.
My family and I were watching tv when it started.
Power was knocked out in parts of the capital but Mexico City mayor Marcelo Ebrard said water services, the subway and the airport were working normally.
